Sanctuary STEM: LEGO Science Lab for Ages 8–12
Kids don't fall in love with science through worksheets.
They fall in love with it by building something, testing it, watching it fail, and fixing it. Sanctuary STEM is a weekly, hands-on science class where your child builds working models with LEGO bricks, motors, and sensors, and learns to think like a scientist.

What a Class Looks Like
Each week, students get a real question to solve, like "How do animals protect themselves?" or "How do ducks safely cross a road?" Then they build, test, and explain their thinking in a small team of four.
Every lesson follows the 5E model used in quality science classrooms and is built on the LEGO Education Science curriculum, the most researched and classroom-tested program LEGO Education has ever released. Your child isn't just playing with bricks. They're doing real science: life science, physical science, earth and space, and engineering design.

Tuition
Seats are limited by kit count, so we can only hold 24 students at a time. ESA families pay through ClassWallet. All other families pay through Stripe.

Come to the first class. If your child isn't a good fit for Sanctuary STEM, your payment becomes full credit toward any other Home Is Our Sanctuary program, like Sanctuary Art or Sanctuary Spanish. Your family finds the right fit either way.
