Cortland and Simone Watson have been married for over a decade. Their children are everything to them. Since they began their family, home educating has been the only option.
Simone received her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health and Cortland has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology.
They founded Home Is Our Sanctuary because they were wanting more options for their children to be influenced by experts in their respective fields. Those options did not exist, so they decided to take it upon themselves to provide that option for their children and for other families as well.
Everything stems around this idea: "the homeschooling ideal should become more of a reality for every family."
