Home Is Our Sanctuary

    Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to all Home Is Our Sanctuary programs, including Sanctuary Explorers, Sanctuary Art, Sanctuary Spanish, and Sanctuary School.

    Definitions

A refund is the return of money you have already paid. A cancellation is ending your enrollment so that you are not billed for future services. They are governed by different rules below.

    Refunds

Refunds are available only when requested in writing at least 24 hours before your child's program start date and time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the start, or at any time after the program has begun, are not eligible for a refund, in whole or in part.

    Cancellations

To avoid being charged for an upcoming billing cycle, you must cancel in writing before that billing cycle begins. If we receive your cancellation after a billing cycle has already started, the cancellation takes effect for the following cycle, and the current cycle's charge stands and is non-refundable.

How to request a refund or cancellation

All requests must be made in writing to cortland@homeisoursanctuary.com. The date and time we receive your written request is what determines eligibility.

    Not eligible for refunds

Missed days, partial attendance, no-shows, and dismissal for violations of the Code of Conduct are not eligible for any refund.
