Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds require written notice to cortland@homeisoursanctuary.com at least 24 hours before your child's program start. To avoid being charged for an upcoming billing cycle, cancel in writing before that cycle begins. Missed days, no-shows, and dismissals are not refundable. Read the full policy.
